Service Description

A quiet, meditative practice that brings balance to the muscular body by passively working & rehabilitating connective tissue & ligaments with gentle traction and breath. An excellent class for gaining flexibility in joints and in the mind. “Prevention is better than cure”. This class is ideal for anyone overcoming chronic stress, tension, high and low blood pressure, pain, fatigue, recent surgery, asthma indigestion, gastric problem, constipation and other chronic illness. A therapeutic approach covering gentle active postures followed by restorative resting poses,pranayama (breathing).

Cancellation Policy

All members understand and agree to respect the timings of Yoga classes and perfectly committed to obey the rules to follow the time of practice . Late cancellation will charge $20 fine which has to submit before the next session .
