Service Description

As we inhale, we breathe in oxygen, the element needed to move blood, lymph fluid and toxins around in our bodies. It can be seen as the pump of our bodies. This act of breathing-in massages the lymph, which is a big way in which we move toxins out of our bodies. Holding the inhale, we allow the oxygen to move into our cells, allowing for cellular regeneration, then, exhaling carbon dioxide, a type of waste in our body, as well as other toxins that have been carried throughout our bodies. Maybe you’ve heard that as we get more tired, we begin to yawn and that these yawns are pulling in more air since we are beginning to breathe slower as we prepare for restoration. As we sleep, we breathe more slowly meaning we take deeper breaths. Inhaling deeper, exhaling deeper. This allows for more nutrients to move into our cells, and for more toxins to move out. This slower breath is what helps restore our bodies while we rest. This is why sleep is necessary for our health, to heal, rejuvenate, and beautify. Hence the saying: Beauty Sleep.

All members understand and agree to respect the timings of Yoga classes and perfectly committed to obey the rules to follow the time of practice . Late cancellation will charge $20 fine which has to submit before the next session .
